At MesDevoirsFaits, we want you to be fully satisfied. Here are the refund terms according to your payment method.
Direct Payment (Stripe)
For subscriptions purchased via our website, contact us directly at billing@mesdevoirsfaits.app. Refunds are possible within 14 days after the initial subscription.
Apple App Store
For purchases via the App Store, refunds are managed exclusively by Apple. Go to your Apple settings to submit a request.
Google Play
For purchases via Google Play, refunds are managed exclusively by Google. Go to the Google Play app to submit a request.
Trial Period
If you cancel during the 7-day trial, no charge is made. Once the trial ends, the subscription becomes paid.
